As a Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer at Last Mile Semiconductor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of NR+ microchips for non-cellular 5G IoT applications. Based in the heart of Silicon Saxony, Dresden, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and development of analog integrated circuits (ICs) using advanced FD-SOI technology. Your daily activities will include conducting simulations, performing circuit verification, and providing layout support, while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams in digital and system design. Beyond technical execution, you will lead design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and manage technical documentation from concept to mass production.
