Job Summary
This critical role involves serving as the Deputy Team Lead for the Laboratory Information System (LIS) application team, providing essential operational and technical leadership to support the Team Lead. The professional will be responsible for independently managing and prioritizing ongoing tasks, ensuring stable system operations, and overseeing 2nd and 3rd-level support, including incident and escalation management. A core function is ensuring the correct, efficient, and high-quality mapping of the entire laboratory workflow within the LIS. The ideal candidate must possess a completed medical or medical-technical education (e.g., MTA/MTL) with significant professional experience in a laboratory context. Strong knowledge of LIS, relevant interface standards (HL7, FHIR), and proven experience in technical leadership or project coordination are essential.
