Job Summary

Join a pioneering telecommunications company, serving thousands of businesses, as a Network and Security Administrator. In this full-time, permanent role based in Minden, you will be the primary technical contact for customers, handling complex technical problems and change requests. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing customer inquiries, troubleshooting network disruptions using various monitoring systems, and configuring and modifying routers and firewalls based on established security concepts. You will also support internal IT projects and manage status tracking for supplier incident reports. The ideal candidate possesses an IT education or equivalent professional experience, strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet, and DSL, and product expertise in routers and firewalls. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in German (Fluent) and English (Intermediate) are essential for success in this customer-facing technical position.
