Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IT specialist to manage, configure, and operate modern Voice and PBX communication solutions for thousands of business customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting clients on the use of telephone systems (such as 3CX), acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues and change requests via phone and email, and independently troubleshooting faults using monitoring systems. The administrator will also be responsible for setting up VoIP telephony systems, configuring hardware for customer self-installation, and developing solution concepts for projects and client needs. The ideal candidate possesses strong network knowledge (LAN/WAN, VoIP) and familiarity with protocols like SIP, RTP, and QoS, coupled with excellent communication skills in both German and English to ensure high customer satisfaction.
