Job Summary

This role is with a pioneering telecommunications company providing internet and telecom services to thousands of businesses. The Senior Network and Security Administrator will serve as a key technical contact, responsible for analyzing customer technical issues, resolving disruptions using various monitoring systems, and performing in-depth troubleshooting on telecommunication lines. Core duties include configuring routers and firewalls based on security concepts, designing complex networks utilizing various routing protocols, and developing and testing redundancy concepts. The ideal candidate must possess an IT qualification or equivalent, several years of relevant professional experience, excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, Ethernet, and DSL, and strong communication skills, particularly in German and English.
