Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT specialist to join a pioneering telecommunications company focused on delivering Internet and telecom services to thousands of businesses. The Senior Voice and PBX Administrator will be responsible for advising customers on the deployment of telephone systems (such as 3CX), acting as the primary point of contact for technical issues, and managing change requests. Day-to-day tasks involve deep-dive analysis and troubleshooting of complex disruptions, particularly concerning SIP, RTP, and related protocols, utilizing various monitoring and surveillance systems. A successful candidate must possess an IT background, multi-year relevant professional experience, and excellent communication skills, coupled with strong German and good English proficiency.
