Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to take on the autonomous planning and execution of construction projects, specifically focusing on the installation of noise barriers for the German railway system (Deutsche Bahn AG). Day-to-day responsibilities include controlling the construction process, managing site results, and coordinating the deployment of specialist engineers, consultants, personnel, and subcontractors across nationwide construction sites. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering, preferably specializing in Transportation Infrastructure, and possesses relevant professional experience and industry knowledge. Essential requirements include strong technical knowledge in construction technology, proficiency in industry-specific software like iTwo, and expertise in German construction contracts, laws, and regulations (VOB, BGB). This position requires a self-reliant, dedicated, and systematic approach, along with the ability to manage time and cost pressures effectively. Experience working with the client Deutsche Bahn AG is highly desirable.
