Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Citizen Developer eager to drive digital transformation within the rail construction industry as part of the Digitalization team at STRABAG Rail. The core responsibility involves conceptualizing and implementing tailored low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing complex business requirements, designing innovative solutions, and autonomously developing projects using a Lean methodology. The developer will also be responsible for creating RPA solutions based on UI Path and developing data dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. A successful candidate must possess fundamental knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, professional experience in Citizen Development, and either relevant vocational training or an IT-related university degree. The position requires good German language skills and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach, contributing directly to the company's continuous digital progress.
