Job Summary

This role involves the timely and accurate billing and quantity surveying of construction projects within railway infrastructure development, working closely with the site management team. The professional will be responsible for creating quantity surveys directly on site, performing necessary measuring tasks, and meticulously reviewing the performance and invoices submitted by subcontractors and suppliers. Key tasks also include translating site performance reports into items of the bill of quantities, conducting regular cost and performance comparisons (actual vs. target), and continuously updating the working cost calculation. Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Construction Technician or Surveying Technician, strong technical knowledge in transport infrastructure construction, and proficiency in industry-specific software like ARRIBA/iTWO, alongside knowledge of construction contracts and regulations (VOB, BGB).
