Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive IT support and customer consultation at the 1st and 2nd level, focusing on resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Key responsibilities include the administration of Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and Cloud services, as well as managing user accounts and policies within Active Directory and Azure AD. The specialist will also support virtualization environments (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V) and maintain firewall, VPN, and network infrastructures. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT education or extensive relevant experience, along with multi-year experience in IT support. Strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies (2016+) and practical experience with modern networking and virtualization solutions are essential.
