Job Summary
This role is designed for an IT Service Technician responsible for delivering essential 1st Level Support via telephone, email, and dedicated ticket systems. Key daily responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, managing printing infrastructure, and executing administrative duties within the Windows 10 environment, specifically focusing on Active Directory User Management. Candidates must bring initial professional experience as an IT Service Technician Agent and possess solid technical knowledge of various client hardware, including notebooks, desktops, and printers. Experience with documentation within a ticket tool is mandatory. While not strictly required, familiarity with mobile operating systems like Android and iOS, alongside MS Office and MS Exchange, is highly advantageous.
