Job Summary
This role seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to join a leading engineering and IT service provider in Germany. The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries efficiently via telephone and a ticketing system. You will be responsible for the comprehensive support, administration, and monitoring of diverse IT technologies, including Windows Clients and Servers, Linux systems, Storage, Networking, and Firewall infrastructure. Key qualifications include a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, coupled with a minimum of three years of professional support experience, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem, including MS Office 365. The position demands strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues and an independent, structured working approach. This permanent contract offers high planning security, flexible working models, and continuous professional development.
