Job Summary
This role seeks a Senior IT Support Specialist to join a leading engineering and IT service provider in Germany. The primary responsibilities involve managing customer inquiries through telephone and ticketing systems, and providing comprehensive support and administration for diverse IT technologies. This includes managing Windows Clients, Windows Server, Linux Systems, Storage, Network components, and Firewalls. You will also be responsible for the administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation of customer systems, specifically handling hardware and software issues. Key qualifications require a completed IT qualification and a minimum of three years of support experience, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, complemented by expertise in Linux and MS Office 365 systems.
