Job Summary

This Senior IT Support Expert role involves providing comprehensive technical support and administration for a diverse range of client systems within a leading German engineering and IT services provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via telephone and a ticketing system, administering and monitoring client infrastructure, and performing troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. You will manage various IT technologies, including servers, clients, storage, network components, and firewalls, with a specific focus on Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Linux systems. A key requirement is proven support experience, particularly within the Microsoft environment (including MS Office 365).
