Job Summary
This role is for a Senior IT Support Expert to join a leading engineering and IT service provider in Germany. You will be instrumental in providing comprehensive IT support, handling customer inquiries via phone and a ticketing system, and ensuring the smooth operation of various client IT infrastructures. Key responsibilities include administering and monitoring customer systems, focusing on Windows Clients, Windows Server, and Linux environments. You will also manage storage, network, and firewall technologies, and provide vital troubleshooting for hardware and software issues. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT qualification and at least three years of support experience, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem, coupled with proficiency in MS Office 365.
