Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Lead IT Architect to assume architectural responsibility for the Event Management System and strategically drive the technological build-out of the AIOps platform. Working as a primary digitalization partner for the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr), you will contribute to operating and modernizing one of Germany’s largest and most complex IT infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks involve strategically conceptualizing measures for platform development, managing complex migrations and integrations, and evaluating stakeholder requirements to create robust solution concepts. The ideal candidate must possess deep product knowledge of enterprise AIOps solutions like IBM Netcool or Cloud Pak for AIOps, coupled with at least seven years of relevant IT architecture experience. Success requires strategic thinking, assertiveness, and proven experience in technically leading interdisciplinary development teams to ensure the digital capability and security of national IT systems.
