Job Summary

As a Mobile Device Management System Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the digital future of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Your daily responsibilities involve the installation, configuration, and maintenance of MDM systems, specifically utilizing Omnissa Workspace ONE. You will administer mobile devices across various security domains, ensuring high levels of IT security and compliance with service level agreements. The role requires proactive problem analysis and providing second-level support to users, partners, and manufacturers. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed vocational training in Information Technology (IT).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in network technology, telecommunications, or application development
  • Extensive experience in the configuration of Mobile Device Management systems
  • Proven experience in IT security and administration of mobile endpoints
  • Experience in troubleshooting and providing second-level technical support

  • ITIL certification is desirable. The role is available at multiple locations including Berlin, Leipzig, Meckenheim, Munich, and Rostock, or nationwide at BWI locations. Requires the ability to work in high-security environments.
