As an IT System Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in building and evolving the technological foundation for the AI DevOps landscape of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Your daily responsibilities will involve ensuring the stable, secure, and efficient operation of AI infrastructure, serving as a technical point of contact for internal Data Science and development departments. You will actively shape incident, change, and release processes while driving automation to make operations more transparent and robust. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training or a University degree in Information Technology (IT).
Experience
- Approximately 3 years of relevant professional experience in IT systems
- Professional experience in Linux administration within productive environments
- Practical experience in scripting and automating recurring tasks
- Experience working within Incident, Maintenance, and Change management frameworks
- Experience with performance and operational problem analysis
