Job Summary
This role is ideal for an experienced Staff Software System Application Engineer specializing in Motor Control who is eager to drive groundbreaking projects in Research & Development. Day-to-day responsibilities involve supporting the design-in and win of discrete and IC products through direct customer interaction, designing customized system solutions encompassing both hardware and embedded software for low-voltage, battery-powered applications. Key tasks include performing thorough circuit analysis, simulation, and bench validation to meet customer requirements, generating essential documentation like reference schematics and test reports, and creating professional training materials for customers across the EMEA region. The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant engineering field, 3 to 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry, strong knowledge of embedded system architecture, and proficiency in C/C# programming, power electronics, and motor control theory. This position offers the chance to anticipate future customer needs and shape the future of technology within a cross-functional R&D environment.

Experience
