Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on ensuring the reliable, standards-compliant operation of the company's properties across multiple locations in Bavaria. Day-to-day responsibilities include operating facilities according to German regulations (such as SPrüfV and DGUV), managing the entire inspection process, and organizing all legally mandated expert examinations. The incumbent will be crucial in the technical and commercial steering of external Facility Management partners, covering performance tracking, acceptance of special services, and invoice verification. A core component of the role is taking responsibility for preventive fire protection, occupational safety, and defect management, ensuring traffic safety and adherence to internal quality standards through regular property inspections. The ideal candidate must possess strong practical experience in technical building operation, deep knowledge of operator responsibility and inspection management, and the ability to manage budgets and documentation effectively.

Required Skills

Education

Master, Technician, or University Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent long-term, hands-on professional practice in Facility Management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical building operation (e.g., as a Master craftsman, Technician, or through long-term practical experience)
  • Professional knowledge of operator responsibility and inspection management
  • Experience in managing and steering external facility service providers
  • Experience in budget planning and cost tracking for building operations

Languages

German (Fluent)
