Job Summary

This role is centered on driving the digitalization of German administration by developing and executing comprehensive online marketing strategies and creative multichannel campaigns. The core responsibility involves managing and significantly expanding the company's email marketing and marketing automation capabilities, focusing on personalization, efficiency, and smart processes. The manager will be tasked with analyzing market and competitive developments, identifying target groups, and continuously monitoring KPIs to optimize ongoing campaigns, improve conversion rates, and boost lead generation. Key requirements include several years of experience in online marketing and automation, proficiency with major marketing technologies, especially the Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud, and a strong analytical mindset. This position offers the chance to work on challenging tasks within a secure, permanent contract environment with high flexibility (up to 60% mobile work) in Munich.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree or professional training in Marketing, Communication, Online Marketing, or comparable qualification.

Experience
