Job Summary

This role is central to digitizing Germany's public administration by developing and executing impactful multi-channel campaigns and comprehensive online marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and optimizing marketing automation, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, to achieve smarter, more efficient, and personalized communication. Key daily tasks include analyzing market and competitor trends, managing email marketing, identifying target groups, and ensuring continuous growth in reach and lead generation. You will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), optimize ongoing campaigns, and leverage data to sustainably improve processes and conversion rates. This position requires a strong background in online marketing and marketing automation, proficiency with technologies like the Salesforce Marketing and Sales Cloud, and the ability to utilize AI tools for data analysis and content personalization. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree or vocational training in Marketing, Communication, Online Marketing, or comparable qualification.

Experience
