Job Summary

This role is ideal for an Electrical Engineer focused on optimizing and managing electrical test fields across various engineering sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities involve pioneering the optimization of electrical test fields, developing innovative approaches to boost efficiency and quality, and coordinating closely with manufacturing, development, and engineering teams to plan and implement new test fields. You will be responsible for planning new switchgear and modifying existing systems, acting as the primary technical interface during disruptions, and leading the introduction of new measurement devices and methods from development to series production. Key qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, deep knowledge of electrical measurement technology, experience with switchgear, and familiarity with relevant standards (IEC, DIN). Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving competence, and fluency in both German and English.
