Job Summary

This role involves supporting the production area focused on heat treatment, which includes annealing furnaces, a water quenching system, and straightening machines, crucial for processing heavy plates into high-quality products. The Heat Treatment Engineer will be responsible for production planning, coordinating process flows, and ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and performance targets. Key responsibilities also include managing technical availability of production equipment, leading continuous improvement projects for product quality and manufacturing performance, and providing technical guidance to staff. Candidates must hold a technical degree, ideally in Materials Technology or Mechanical Engineering, possess strong technical understanding of production facilities, and have several years of relevant professional experience, preferably within a rolling mill or similar industrial setting.
