Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role as an IT Support Specialist in Bremen involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level technical assistance across a mandatory 3-shift schedule. Day-to-day duties include executing IMAC-D services (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) for client devices, performing hardware installations, setups, dismantling, and conducting break-fix repairs on PCs, notebooks, and peripherals. You will manage tickets both remotely and on-site, handle asset inventory, and provide user support, specifically for iOS mobile devices. The ideal candidate must have completed IT vocational training or possess at least one year of relevant practical experience, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows 10, hardware, and ticketing systems. Basic networking skills and fluency in German are mandatory.
