The ideal candidate must have a completed IT qualification, specifically as an IT Specialist for System Integration, possess 3 years of practical experience in 2nd-level support for MacOS, Apple, and iOS environments, and be proficient in using CRM or ticketing systems. This is a full-time, permanent contract opportunity based in Wörth am Rhein, initially through temporary employment with the option for permanent takeover by the client company, offering a varied and dynamic IT environment.

Education

Completed vocational training in IT, specifically as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)

Experience

  • 3 years practical experience in 2nd-Level Support for MacOS, Apple, and iOS
  • Experience with CRM or Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Experience in cabling and connecting IT devices with correct wiring
  • Experience with independent processing of IT tickets and solution finding with user interaction
  • Experience with independent installation, repair, and upgrading of hardware and software
