This full-time, permanent position as an IT Technician based in Bremen involves ensuring smooth IT operations by providing crucial 2nd-level support and executing hardware maintenance across the Northern region. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical faults, supporting end-users, and performing maintenance on both hardware and software. A significant part of the role involves network operations, specifically the rollout, installation, removal, and template-based configuration of network hardware, including specific Cisco Catalyst switches (2960x, 3850, 3560cx). You will also be responsible for cable patching (fiber optic and copper) and managing the storage and deletion of old devices. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with at least three years of practical experience in 2nd-level support and proficiency in ticketing systems. Fluent German language skills and a Class B driver's license are mandatory prerequisites for this varied and dynamic role.
