Job Summary

This role involves providing essential end-user IT support and field services for a leading global IT service provider, focusing heavily on hardware management and incident resolution. Day-to-day tasks include comprehensive customer support related to Apple devices, specifically iPhone and iPad configuration and handling. A major component of the job is executing the IMAC-D process (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) for a wide range of IT components, including PCs, notebooks, monitors, various printers (multifunction and label), mobile data terminals, and barcode scanners. You will also be responsible for BreakFix activities, processing disturbance tickets, and providing hands-on support both remotely and on-site as needed. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification, practical professional experience, strong knowledge of hardware, and specific familiarity with iOS.
