Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Support Technician, participating in rollouts and providing crucial onsite support for a leading international IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for notebooks, monitors, printers, and other IT peripherals. You will be responsible for setting up and testing network connections, managing IP addresses, and installing and configuring new devices, as well as replacing and commissioning replacement equipment. A key part of the job is conducting functional tests, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software issues, while also supporting end-users and project staff with their IT inquiries. The ideal candidate possesses a completed commercial IT apprenticeship, professional experience in the IT field, excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. Strong German and good English skills are required, making this an excellent opportunity for skilled technicians looking for long-term project engagement.
