Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as a key technical point of contact for a leading international IT infrastructure service provider. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing IT service tickets, coordinating technical issues through a dedicated system, and performing the installation, configuration, and staging of client devices. You will be responsible for the physical setup and dismantling of workstation equipment, as well as managing user accounts and machine entries within Active Directory.
