This role seeks a visionary Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership for interdisciplinary project teams focused on developing cutting-edge systems. The successful candidate will manage budgets, timelines, and costs for development and integration, ensuring compliance with safety requirements. Key qualifications include a degree in Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields, coupled with strong communication skills and familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts, control engineering, and various safety protocols (Cyber, Network, Functional Safety). Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering (with a technical focus), Systems Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or comparable fields

Experience

  • Professional experience in defining hardware and software requirements for systems
  • Experience in the planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of system development, integration, and commissioning
  • Experience in technical guidance of interdisciplinary project teams
  • Experience in assessing and managing quantity structures, deadlines, and costs for system development
