This role seeks a visionary Automotive Electrical Engineer responsible for the conception and development of advanced electrical systems and components within vehicles. Day-to-day tasks involve integrating and optimizing e-mobility technologies, including battery management and charging systems, and developing vehicle communication and networking solutions to support future autonomous driving features. A critical component of the role is conducting rigorous quality controls and tests to ensure electrical components meet the highest safety and performance standards, specifically contributing to the development of safe electrical systems. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Mechatronics, possessing profound knowledge of vehicle electronics, experience with bus systems (CAN, LIN, FlexRay), and familiarity with key automotive standards like ISO 26262 and ASPICE. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field

Experience

  • Profound knowledge in the development and integration of electronic systems for vehicles
  • Experience using vehicle bus systems (e.g., CAN, LIN, FlexRay) and diagnostic protocols
  • Experience in programming ECUs and using development and test tools (e.g., Vector, ETAS)
  • Experience with development processes and standards in automotive engineering (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE)
