Job Summary

This role involves developing and implementing embedded software solutions focused on fleet data acquisition and analysis, primarily within the automotive sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include system commissioning, developing and validating Over-the-Air (OTA) update concepts, ensuring compliance with ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity) and ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) standards, and supporting hardware component selection for both vehicle and server sides. The ideal candidate will serve as a key contact for defect management and vehicle service, collaborating closely with component owners. Key requirements include a university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, initial experience with automotive control units, and proficiency in various programming languages and networking protocols (CAN, Ethernet, TCP/IP, REST, MQTT).
