This role is for an IT Field Service Technician based in Berlin, supporting a respected technology partner specializing in IT system house services, including rollouts, infrastructure optimization, and on-site IT support (1st and 2nd Level). Day-to-day responsibilities involve providing comprehensive IT services for diverse hardware products from various manufacturers, such as notebooks, PCs, servers, storage, and printers. Key tasks include active participation in migration and rollout projects, performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, and supporting end-users, including conducting on-site training and installing/dismantling video conferencing systems. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in the IT sector or a relevant technical degree, strong knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems, hardware, and standard applications like Microsoft Office.
