Job Summary

This crucial position supports the ongoing energy transition by ensuring the operational readiness and functional integrity of new and innovative primary technology components, particularly high-voltage substations, within the Northeast regional grid network of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The Specialist Primary Systems Engineer will assume project leadership responsibilities, managing the planning, execution, and financial settlement of maintenance, fault clearance, and new construction projects while focusing on cost optimization and efficient resource deployment. A core responsibility involves implementing and optimizing new maintenance concepts, conducting functional tests, and providing expert technical assessment of completed work. Candidates must hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering and ideally possess several years of professional experience in grid system maintenance or fault management. Proficiency in SAP PM/MM and strong German language skills are mandatory for effective cross-functional collaboration and project success.
