Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist providing essential technical assistance to end-users at a major European IT service provider, specifically supporting their client BAMF. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing incidents and service requests according to defined Service Level specifications, performing comprehensive troubleshooting for various devices including PCs, notebooks, and printers, and executing configuration and installation tasks for end devices. A key focus involves providing user support for mobile devices and handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services for client infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed vocational IT qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with proven professional experience in troubleshooting and user care. Strong proficiency with standard hardware and common MS Office applications is required, alongside excellent teamwork and reliability.
