Job Summary
This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support and managing various hardware and software tasks for a leading European IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing onsite support, handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities, processing support tickets, and resolving on-site technical issues. You will be responsible for setting up and dismantling workstations, managing the inventory of notebooks and hardware, and providing initial training for new equipment and mobile devices. A key component of the role is supporting technical aspects of both in-person and remote meetings. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional IT qualification, initial experience in onsite support and ticketing systems, and be prepared to work rotating shifts (early/late service) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Strong customer orientation and a reliable, solution-focused approach are mandatory.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Initial professional experience in Onsite Support
- Experience in handling ticketing systems
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B driving license; Willingness to work alternating shifts (early/late service) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
