Job Summary

This role involves providing essential first-level IT support within a large client environment for one of Germany's leading IT service providers. The Helpdesk Agent will be responsible for handling incoming software and hardware disruption reports, prioritizing and classifying these issues using a ticketing system, and performing initial error analysis. Key duties include providing remote support, implementing first-line solutions, and escalating complex issues to specialized downstream teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong affinity for IT, professional experience in an IT environment (a plus), and excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365. Fluency in German and good English skills are mandatory, along with a high degree of teamwork and customer orientation.
