The core responsibilities involve the preparation, installation, and setup of IT workstations, including notebooks and printers, and managing the associated software deployment (Betankungsprozesse). Day-to-day tasks include documenting these deployment processes within a ticketing system, analyzing and resolving related technical disruptions, and maintaining the hardware inventory. The ideal candidate holds a relevant technical qualification, such as an IT Systems Electronics Specialist or IT Assistant, and brings technical understanding and practical experience with deployment systems and fault analysis. Strong organizational skills, independent work ethic, and fluent German language skills are essential for success in this long-term, permanent position.
