Job Summary

This role involves acting as a Specialist in IT Governance and Digitalization Management for a major automotive and motorcycle manufacturer based in Munich. The core focus is translating complex business requirements into actionable processes and driving the development and enhancement of related IT tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and controlling digitalization projects, developing an overarching AI strategy, and implementing defined strategic measures. The specialist will detail requirements, prioritize content (e.g., using User Stories and Backlogs), and secure management decisions for implementation. Furthermore, the role requires active involvement in the acceptance and rollout of new features, including managing User Acceptance Tests and providing key user training and support. Successful candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a technical field, coupled with professional experience in digitalization and AI project management, and excellent communication skills.
