Job Summary

This role involves independently developing methodological and solution approaches to enhance the planning and control functions for E/E (Electrical/Electronic) target setting within a major automotive and motorcycle manufacturer. A primary focus will be on improving multi-project capability management, mapping all milestone transitions using appropriate metrics, and creating corresponding dashboards and visualizations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating these methods with team members and process partners, ensuring all parameters of the multi-project landscape are accurately represented in visualizations. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field, possesses experience in technical leadership and project management, and has strong process knowledge, ideally in E/E integration and IT solutions. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory, along with high levels of initiative and communication strength.
