Job Summary
This full-time, 3-year project-based Research Associate role focuses on cutting-edge fundamental and translational research within the field of male reproductive physiology and non-hormonal contraception development, funded by the BMFTR. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing new cell-based assays for high-throughput drug screenings, specifically utilizing fluorescent Ca2+ and membrane potential (Vm) dyes to characterize novel molecules. Day-to-day tasks involve rigorous pharmacological analysis of ion channels, quantitative assessment of cellular movements, and contributing scientific expertise to an international, interdisciplinary team. This position offers the opportunity to drive innovation in reproductive medicine and requires a strong commitment to R&D, coupled with a PhD in a relevant life science discipline and mandatory proficiency in English communication.

Experience
