Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation and optimal maintenance of all structural and technical systems across a portfolio of office, commercial, and residential properties. The Technical Facility Manager acts as the primary on-site contact for technical issues (First Level Support), coordinating, instructing, and supervising external contractors for maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the functionality of critical safety installations like sprinkler and fire alarm systems. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, planning, budgeting, and overseeing maintenance and repair measures, managing external service providers, and preparing technical quarterly and annual reports. Candidates must possess a strong background in technical real estate management, cross-disciplinary knowledge of building services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), and excellent organizational and communication skills in German, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all building users.

Required Skills

Education

Completed Technician/Master Craftsman qualification in supply or electrical engineering, or a degree in Construction/Industrial Engineering, Building Services, or Facility Management

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical real estate management/administration of commercial and residential properties
  • Cross-disciplinary fundamental understanding of building services technology
  • Experience in coordinating and supervising external service providers and contractors
  • Experience with official inspections and regulatory compliance
