Job Summary

The Technical Facility Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and optimal maintenance of all structural and technical systems across a portfolio of office, commercial, and residential properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing first-level support for technical malfunctions, coordinating and supervising external contractors (handymen, maintenance firms, cleaning services), and managing safety installations like sprinkler and fire alarm systems. This role requires technical aptitude, a solution-oriented approach, and strong organizational skills to handle object inspections, budget planning, and the coordination of repair and maintenance measures. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply or electrical engineering, or a degree in facility management, coupled with professional experience in technical property management. Success in this position hinges on strong communication skills in German and a commitment to service and customer orientation, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all building users.

Education

Completed Technician/Master craftsman training in supply or electrical engineering, or a degree in Construction/Industrial Engineering, Building Technology, or Facility Management

Experience

  • Experience with structured, careful, and independent work methods
