Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the optimal maintenance and efficient operation of a diverse portfolio including office, commercial, and residential properties. The Technical Facility Manager acts as the primary on-site technical contact, providing First Level Support for technical faults and ensuring all structural and technical systems function smoothly. Core responsibilities include coordinating, instructing, and supervising external contractors for maintenance, repair, and cleaning services, as well as monitoring critical safety installations such as fire alarm, sprinkler, and smoke extraction systems. The manager is also responsible for conducting regular property inspections, planning, budgeting, and overseeing necessary repair measures, and compiling technical quarterly and annual reports. Candidates must possess a technical certification (Technician/Master) in supply or electrical engineering, or a university degree in a relevant field such as Facility Management or Civil Engineering, combined with solid professional experience in technical property administration. Experience

  • Solid professional experience in technical property management of commercial and residential real estate
  • Experience in the supply or electrical engineering sector (if Technician/Master route followed)
  • Professional experience with cross-functional understanding of building services systems (Haustechnik)
