Job Summary

The Technical Facility Manager at SIM GmbH, a subsidiary of Stadt-Sparkasse Solingen specializing in construction and real estate consulting, is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal maintenance of all structural and technical systems across office, commercial, and residential properties. Day-to-day tasks involve acting as the first level support for technical malfunctions, coordinating and supervising external contractors (including maintenance and cleaning services), and managing safety installations like sprinkler and fire alarm systems. This role requires a strong technical aptitude, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to manage budgets, plan maintenance, and oversee official inspections. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in technical property management, a background in supply or electrical engineering, and excellent communication skills in German.
