Job Summary

This role involves supporting users and managing the IT infrastructure for a company specializing in hydraulic drive and control technologies. The IT System Administrator will be the first point of contact, handling 1st Level Support inquiries via a ticketing system, and providing crucial assistance with Microsoft 365 applications like Outlook and Teams. Key responsibilities include the administration and monitoring of mobile devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, as well as actively participating in the installation, maintenance, and upkeep of all IT equipment. A successful candidate must possess a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualification, fundamental knowledge of network technologies, and solid expertise in Microsoft System Administration. Strong customer orientation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in German and English are required, along with a readiness for occasional business travel.
