Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician specializing in 2nd Level Onsite Support for a renowned IT services and engineering solutions company in Hamburg. You will be responsible for providing direct, hands-on support to clients at their location, focusing on Windows Client environments, iOS devices, networking, and telecommunications issues. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving customer inquiries through established ticketing systems and executing specific individual project assignments. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development, and possesses strong knowledge of current Windows operating systems and standard office applications (like MS Office and Adobe). This position offers a stable, full-time contract with flexible working hours, excellent development opportunities, and the chance to work within a supportive team environment, initially through temporary staffing with a strong option for permanent employment.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training (Ausbildung) as an IT Specialist (System Integration or Application Development), Industrial Systems Technician, IT Management Assistant, PC and Network Specialist, Assistant in Informatics, or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in providing 2nd Level IT Support
  • Experience with Windows client environments and mobile device support (iOS)
  • Experience in recording and processing customer inquiries
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (advantageous)
