Day-to-day responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory, documenting IT processes in the knowledge base, and actively participating in IT projects for new system introductions. A core function involves handling 1st and 2nd Level IT support incidents via ticketing systems, classifying, and resolving them, alongside installing, configuring, and administering Windows clients and standard software like Microsoft Office 365. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or similar, possesses strong service orientation, communication skills, and initial professional experience in IT support. Experience with ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow is advantageous. This full-time, permanent position offers flexible working hours and the option for remote work.
