Job Summary
This role involves leading a service team responsible for the smooth technical and infrastructural operation of university buildings (approx. 650,000 sqm across 226 buildings). The Team Leader will oversee the monitoring, operation, and optimization of technical building equipment, including emergency lighting, fire alarm systems, ventilation, air conditioning, and building management systems (BMS). Key responsibilities include personnel management, such as scheduling duties and supervising staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (e.g., traffic safety obligations), overseeing cleaning and security, and managing external service providers. The ideal candidate requires a completed vocational qualification in a recognized trade, strong knowledge of building and electrical systems, familiarity with safety regulations, and proficiency in SAP-PM and MS Office.
